What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We also accept Paypal.
How do I add a discount code to my order?
Add your discount code at checkout and your savings will be applied to your order. One discount code can be used per order. If you have any issues applying a discount code, hit us up at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it sorted out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Shoot us a note at email@example.com and we will do our best to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so if we don't catch it in time we'll get you set up with a free return or exchange to make sure you get what you want.

What is your return / exchange policy?
Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be sent back within 30 days of placing your order. We will study each case and find solutions to make sure everybody is happy and satisfied.

How do Babies & Co products typically fit
Our clothes are designed with a tailored, athletic fit. Check the size guide of each product page for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a sizing question about a specific products.
TRACKINGI'm an international customer. Does the price include customs fees/import taxes?
The order price you paid us only covers the cost of shipping the product to you. Some countries charge an import tax upon any purchase you make that comes in from a different country. Please consider the tax laws of your country before purchasing.
Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.
